Dr Eugene Poh is a Research Fellow at the School of Human Movement and Nutrition Sciences at The University of Queensland. His research focuses on understanding the neural, cognitive, and biomechanical mechanisms that underpin human motor control and learning, with a particular interest in sensorimotor adaptation.
Eugene’s work aims to generate foundational insights into how the brain regulates and adapts movement, and how these processes can be leveraged to support motor rehabilitation. His research draws on diverse techniques including motor psychophysics, computational modelling, high-density surface electromyography (HD-sEMG), non-invasive brain stimulation, and neuropsychological testing.
